*Features and applications of product

The product is suitable for power transmission of power device and electric power line with 15kv and below of AC rated voltage. XLPE insulation power cable has superior heat resistance and anti-ageing property, mechanical property, environmental stress resistance, excellent electric property and chemical corrosive resistance. Meanwhile it also has many advantages such as light, convenient to transport and lay down and cant be limited by fall, etc. Therefore it is widely used in metallurgy industry, electric power, petrochemical enterprise and urban power network construction.

GB/T 12706.1-2002, GB/T 12706.2-2002, equal to IEC 502;

Test of flame retardant and fireproof accord to GB 12666-90 standard.

*Features of application

1. AC rated voltage: U₀/U 0.6/1kv, 1.8/3kv, 3.6/6kv, 6/6kv, 6/10kv, 8.7/15kv

  Maximum temperature of conductor: 90^oC

  Short circuit temperature ( the longest time it can last is 5s) ≤250^oC

2. Ambient temperature when laid down: ≥0 ^oC(if below 0^oC, it needs to preheat).

3. The permitted bending radius of cable when laid down:

  For single core cable, minimum value will be 10 times of its outer diameter;

  For multi-core cable, minimum value will be 15 times of its outer diameter.

1. DC resistance of finished cables conductor should be accord to regulation of GB3956.

2. Test of the frequency voltage:

U₀ is 3.6kv and below: 2.5U₀+2kv/5min, not broken;

U₀ is 3.6kv and over: 3.5U₀kv/5min, not broken;

3. Test of local discharge:

U₀ is 3.6kv and over: local discharge at 1.37 U₀, its maximum value will be 5PC.
