The product is a modified one that is researched and developed by our company recently on the basis of original cable for frequency conversion electric equipment produced by our company and absorbed precious suggestion from customers and referring cable manufacturing standard and normal. Now it has been applied state patent and granted and got patent license. The product adopts the form of compound shield which can withstand strong electrostatic coupling, electromagnetic induction, electric wave, bad grounding and conduction interference of main lead. When circuit arise current component of higher harmonic and side frequency harmonic, the sum of current at shielded layer will be zero. Therefore it cant produce interference to outside. The product is suitable for frequency control transmission device of roll machine and power line and transmission and distribution line where has strict shielded requirement with 0.6/1kv and below. It is widely used for metallurgy industry, power industry, petrochemical industry, etc.

1. DC resistance of finished cable conductor should be in conformity with the regulations of GB3956.
2. Insulation resistance of finished cable at 20oC, for fluoroplastic and silicon rubber: not less than 100MΩ·km, for PVC insulation, not less than 50MΩ·km.
3. The finished cable cannot be broken when withstood 50Hz, 3.5kv for 5 min.
4. Transmission impedance of shielded layer
Transmission impedance of cable at 100MHz should equal to or be less than 100Ω/M.
Ideal shielded inhibit coefficient of cable should equal to or be less than 0.7
